Seth Kagan
VP – Head of Environmental Claims at Aspen Insurance
Seth Kagan is a graduate of Pace University School of Law, where he earned a certificate in environmental law, alongside a background in historic preservation and archaeology. Since 2017, he has been dedicated to the claims side of the insurance industry, specializing in a variety of environmental claims, including premises liability and contractor pollution liability. Currently, Seth serves as the VP – Head of Environmental Claims at Aspen Insurance. His professional journey also includes valuable experience at a boutique real estate law firm in Manhattan and an international environmental law NGO.
